How to rent a track loader, excavator or trailer: what to know before you book

In short: Pick your equipment and dates in the booking form, sign the rental agreement online and send the request. We review it and approve it, and you pay the rental and a refundable deposit before pickup. Bring a government photo ID, be at least 21, have the experience the machine takes, and plan how you will haul it.

Hauling and delivery

Machines can be delivered and picked up for a fee: an estimated flat fee within a set distance, plus a per-mile charge beyond it, confirmed when we approve your request. Trailers, and attachments rented without a machine, are picked up at the address on the booking page. If you haul it yourself, bring a properly rated truck and trailer with tie-downs rated for the weight.

Bringing it back

Machines are provided with a full tank of fuel and must come back with a full tank. Equipment should come back reasonably clean. If something is damaged, the optional damage waiver limits what you owe for accidental damage, but it is not insurance and it has exclusions listed in the agreement.

Common questions

What is the damage waiver?

It is optional. For a percentage of the rental charges, it limits what you owe for accidental damage to the equipment. It is not insurance, and it has exclusions that are listed in the rental agreement. Without it, you are responsible for damage to the equipment while it is in your care.

Can you deliver the equipment?

Yes, for the machines. Delivery and pickup is an estimated flat fee within a set distance, plus a per-mile charge beyond it, and we confirm the final fee when we approve your request. Trailers, and attachments rented without a machine, are picked up.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The rental agreement explains the notice we need to cancel without a charge. Contact us as early as you can.
