Rentals

Equipment rentals

How do I book a rental?

Choose your equipment and dates in the booking form, sign the rental agreement online, and send the request. We review it, approve it, and reserve your dates. You pay before pickup.

What does it cost?

Day, week, and four-week rates are on every equipment page and on the availability page. Attachments are priced per day, and your estimate updates live as you choose options. The refundable deposit and any delivery fee are shown too, so there are no surprises.

What is included in a rental day?

Machines include 8 engine hours per day, 40 per week, and 160 per four weeks. Extra hours are billed per hour at the rate shown for each machine. Trailers have no hour limit.

Do I need experience to rent a machine?

Operating a track loader or an excavator takes skill, and mistakes are costly and dangerous. We ask about your experience on every request. If you are new to it, we will talk through whether renting is a good fit or whether a bid for the work makes more sense.

Can you deliver the equipment?

Yes, for the machines. Delivery and pickup is an estimated flat fee within a set distance, plus a per-mile charge beyond it. We confirm the final fee when we approve your request. Trailers are picked up at 16409 Highway M, Lawson, MO 64062.

What do I need to tow a trailer?

A properly rated truck, the right hitch (bumper pull for the dump trailer, gooseneck for the equipment trailer), a working trailer brake controller, and a license that covers the combined weight. Heavy combinations can require a commercial driver's license depending on your state and how you use the trailer. If you are not sure, ask us before you book.

What is the damage waiver?

It is optional. For a percentage of the rental charges, it limits what you owe for accidental damage to the equipment. It is not insurance, and it has exclusions that are listed in the rental agreement. Without it, you are responsible for damage to the equipment while it is in your care.

What happens after I submit a request?

You can save a PDF of your signed agreement right away, and you get a short receipt by email. We review your request and reply within one business day. Once we approve it, your dates are reserved and we email you the countersigned agreement. We collect payment and the deposit before the equipment is released.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The rental agreement explains the notice we need to cancel without a charge. Contact us as early as you can.

Where do I pick up the equipment?

At 16409 Highway M, Lawson, MO 64062. When we approve your request, we confirm the day and time with you. Machines can also be delivered for a fee.

What should I bring at pickup?

A valid government photo ID, payment for the rental and deposit, and your tow vehicle if you are hauling the equipment yourself.

Land services

Bids and land work

How does a bid work?

Tell us about the property online: the services you need, the rough size, and photos if you have them. We follow up within one business day, sometimes bid from photos, and often visit the property. The bid is in writing and spells out the scope, the method, and the price.

How should I prepare for a site visit?

Mark your property lines, tell us about anything hidden (septic systems, wells, buried lines, old fence wire), and make sure we can get through gates. The more we know, the tighter the bid.

Can you work when the ground is wet?

Tracked machines handle soft ground better than wheeled ones, but wet conditions can still limit what is sensible, and we will not tear up your land. We will tell you when it is better to wait.

Do you handle permits?

Permits are the landowner's responsibility, and rules vary by county, city, and use. We flag the common ones, such as burning and creek or floodplain buffers, during the site visit.

What is the difference between forestry mulching and land clearing?

Mulching grinds vegetation in place and leaves a layer of wood chips, which is fast and gentle on the soil. Land clearing removes trees, stumps, and debris, which is what you need for bare, graded ground. We recommend whichever fits your plans.

Do you serve my area?

Send us the address with your request and we will confirm. If you are outside our usual area, we will tell you plainly.

Still have a question?

Call, message, or request a bid. We will give you a straight answer.
