Commercial property mowing, scheduled and done right
Large lots, vacant parcels, and overgrown sites kept under control.
Overgrown lots draw code-enforcement notices, hide hazards, and make a property look neglected. We mow commercial sites, vacant parcels, business parks, retention basins, and large grounds on a schedule that fits the season, or as a one-time cut to bring a lot back into compliance.
Tell us the address, the approximate acreage, and any deadline you are working against, and we will send a written bid per cut or for the season.
Good for
- Commercial lots and business parks
- Vacant land and development parcels
- Retention and detention basins, and drainage ditches
- Common areas and entrances
- Churches, campuses, and other large grounds
- Lots with a city or county mowing notice
How it goes
Step 1: Tell us about the site
Address, rough acreage, access, obstacles, and any deadline.
Step 2: Get a written bid
Per cut or for the season, with the scope spelled out.
Step 3: Schedule the work
One-time cleanup or a recurring schedule that follows the growing season.
Step 4: Confirm the finish
We check the finished site against the scope we agreed on.
What affects the price
We do not publish flat prices for land work, because no two properties are alike. These are the things that move your bid.
- Total mowable acreage
- Terrain, including slopes, ditches, and basins
- Obstacles such as light poles, signs, fences, and parking islands
- Frequency: weekly, every other week, monthly, or one time
- Height of existing growth. A first cut on overgrown ground costs more
Questions
Do you offer seasonal contracts?
Yes. We can bid per cut or as a seasonal package. Tell us how often you want the site mowed and we will price it.
Can you handle a lot that already has a city notice?
Often, yes. Mention the deadline in your bid request so we can tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
What if the growth is already waist-high?
We handle heavy overgrowth with brush-cutting equipment. The first cut costs more than a maintenance cut, and the bid will say so.
